Ordering
My guitars are priced as described, but if you would
like any options then please contact me to enquire about the features,
woods, scale length etc of the guitar you are interested in and I
will then quote you the price you will pay. When you decide to order
I will send you a specification/order to agree, and confirm the price
and likely availability. The confirmed price is valid for 30 days
from the date of the quotation. This price will be held if the quoted
availability is to be no more than one year from the date of order.
Return the specification/order form to me with a £200 (Pounds
Sterling) deposit to secure your order on my waiting list. This
deposit is not refundable but will be part of the purchase price.
Before I start to build your guitar, we will reconfirm the
specification, price and availability again. At this time a
further payment of £800 is required. This second payment is also
not refundable.
The instrument will be shipped after the final payment is received. I do recommend
collection from my workshop if at all possible so that any final
adjustments can be made to your satisfaction.
I will use my best endeavours to meet the quoted availability, but
for numerous reasons this cannot be guaranteed. My waiting list
is approximately one year at present.
You are welcome to visit my workshop to select materials, discuss
your guitar, and see examples of my craftsmanship at any time, but
please make an appointment first.

Warranty
All my guitars carry a limited lifetime warranty
and are guaranteed
to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when they leave my
workshop. This warranty
applies to the original purchaser of the instrument, for as long as he
or she owns it and for my life as a working luthier. Conditions of
correct handling and storage do apply. Please contact me for
details. By placing an order the customer is deemed to be aware of
the normal conditions relating to the care of hand-made guitars,
including protection from extremes of temperature and humidity and care
in handling, storage and carriage. Hand made instruments will have
minor variations in size, colour, pattern and decoration which is part
of the character of the instrument. In addition, while the sound
achieved will be similar between instruments of the same specification,
normal variations in materials, construction and ageing can be such as
to cause variations in perceived sound. Your statutory
rights are not affected. Changes
Please
note that in order to maintain a high-quality product, I reserve the right
to alter any specification or material at any time and at my
